- SNAPS WITH JOY is a Houston-based wedding and lifestyle photographer capturing love with intention, joy, and heart. I document weddings and milestones for couples who value connection, culture, and tradition — from multicultural celebrations to intimate elopements. With a blend of guided direction and natural moments, I help my couples feel at ease so their photos feel authentic, effortless, and true to them. I specialize in documenting weddings and life milestones for couples who value connection, culture, and tradition. From multicultural and inter-racial weddings to intimate elopements and modern celebrations — I’m here to tell your story honestly and beautifully, exactly as it is. I was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to the U.S. when I was 15. Living in Houston has been so meaningful to me because of how diverse and culturally rich the city is. I especially love photographing Asian cultural weddings and traditions — from tea ceremonies to outfit changes like qipao or áo dài — and capturing the meaning behind those moments. Being able to understand the flow, significance, and family dynamics of these traditions allows me to document them in a way that feels both natural and intentional. I’m also fluent in Mandarin, which helps me communicate with family members throughout the day and create a smoother, more comfortable experience for everyone involved. While I work with couples from all backgrounds, I have a special connection to Asian and multicultural weddings, and I often serve as a bridge between cultures — helping couples honor their traditions while creating a wedding day that feels true to who they are.
